Our real flooded timber, complete with blinds strategically placed throughout the shooting area, dog stands and decoys  is now open. Just in time for you waterfowl addicts to improve your shooting and tune up your dogs.  Your group will be set up in blinds so bring your waders and plenty of shells, and get ready to have a great time.

Don’t have the time or money to travel long distances to hunt? Shady Grove will bring you all of the excitement of a wild duck hunt, with Mallards flying over your blind as you swing and shoot. If you are lucky enough to have a trained retriever, watching your own dog bring back your prize will only enhance the experience. But don’t worry if you don’t have your own dog; we will be happy to use some of our retrievers and show you how much fun it is to hunt with a trained and experienced dog.

We can accommodate you or your group 7 days a week, from September 1st until the end of April. Rates are $20/bird, with a 20 bird minimum, and we can comfortably handle parties up to eight shooters. Please call (540) 439-2683 to book your hunt.
